The Owners

Brian Metzler started his journey with The Window Man of Lancaster in 2016. You may see Brian on jobsites assisting the crew with installations or giving free estimates as a sales representative. Brian is a US Army Veteran and enjoys meeting new people and giving back to the community whenever he can.

Brittany began working full-time at The Window Man of Lancaster early 2023. She has taken over the office duties and bookkeeping responsibilities. Prior to The Window Man, she proudly served a combination of 12 years as a State Police Officer and a Deputy Sheriff. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. 

Brian and Brittany purchased The Window Man of Lancaster from Brian's in-laws (Brittany's parents), Steve and Brenda Fitzpatrick. Steve and Brenda continue to work part-time at The Window Man in order to assist with the new ownership transition. 

Steve has been a valuable member of The Window Man for over 40 years and still going strong. He has taken the role of Jobsite and Service Consultant and continues to be a Sales Representative. He enjoys being semi-retired and spending time on his boat on the Ohio River. 

Brenda has been with The Window Man since 2008 and is our on-call Office and Bookkeeping Consultant. Prior to The Window Man, she dedicated over 27 years as a nurse at Fairfield Medical Center. Brenda enjoys cross-stitching and gardening.
